Companies House have made some recent important changes. Please see below price increases that will take effect from 1^st May 2024.

Our processing and administration fees remain unchanged however the companies house increases will be applied to our fees. Please see price increases below:

Overseas Entities 

All filings for the Register of Overseas Entities must be filed digitally. The only exception is for those who have protected status or a pending protection application. This group will need to pay a separate paper fee.
